RESERVATION POLICY
There is a 2-night minimum for reservations, except
holiday & special event weekends where there is a 3 + night minimum.
Weekend nights include Friday-Sunday. Check in: 3 p.m.; Check out 12 p.m.
Requests for reservations are accepted up to 90 days
in advance, but must be booked a
minimum of 15 days in advance of arrival.
All reservations are considered tentative until we receive your
fully executed rental agreement and deposit. We accept Checks, Visa,
MasterCard and American Express.
Once we have tentatively confirmed availability and
your reservation, please complete our Rental Agreement and return it
with the appropriate deposit so that we can confirm your stay.
Fees include a 50% deposit at time of reservation.
$75 non-refundable cleaning fee. $75 snow plow fee (winter only).
No smoking and no pets permitted at Twin Pines.
